“I’ve had an interest in early 20th century history and films since I was small - when I was about 10 I had a book called ‘Growing up at War’ that I loved and really started my interest in that period.

I was always drawn to the elegance of women’s fashions in the 30s, 40s and 50s and I had what I always thought of as a ‘classic look’ - I favoured skirts and tops over jeans and t-shirts and heels over flats. I really started to dress in what you could call a more ‘vintage’ style about 2 years ago when I started blogging and discovered other bloggers who wore vintage.”
